1. Cookies and similar technologies
Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. Similar technologies, such as local storage, do the same job. Where they hold personal data, the Data Protection Act, 2019 applies to them as to any other processing.

This website uses no analytics, advertising, social media or other tracking cookies. The theme setting never leaves your device. The live chat entries are strictly necessary for a chat you choose to start: without them the conversation would be lost each time you change page. As both are set only by your own choice, we do not show a cookie banner.
Chats are handled for us by DD Projects, a service provider that runs our support inbox under a written contract requiring it to act only on our instructions and keep the data secure (DPA s.42). What you type in the chat, and any details you gave us in the contact or demo form on this visit, are shared with it so our team can reply. See our privacy notice for how we use them.
3. The HRMSPay application
The HRMSPay application at my-workspace.hrmspay.com stores what it needs to keep you signed in securely and to remember your settings. These are strictly necessary for the service your organisation has asked us to provide.
4. Your choices
You can delete what is stored at any time in your browser’s settings for this site, or browse in a private window so nothing is kept. The website works fully either way; you will just see the default theme, and a chat in progress will start afresh.
