These terms apply to your use of hrmspay.com (the “website”), provided by Centric Limited (“we”, “us”). By using the website you accept them; if you do not, please do not use it.

Your organisation’s use of the HRMSPay application is governed by the subscription agreement and the data processing terms it agrees with us. Where they conflict with these terms, they prevail for the service.

You may use the website to learn about HRMSPay, use its tools and contact us. You must not:

• Try to gain unauthorised access to the website, the HRMSPay application or any connected system, or interfere with how they work. These are offences under the Computer Misuse and Cybercrimes Act, 2018.
• Introduce malicious code, overload the website, or copy it by automated means beyond ordinary search-engine indexing.
• Send unlawful, misleading or harmful material through the website, or impersonate anyone in a form.
• Copy or reuse the website’s content or design except as these terms allow.

The PAYE and net pay calculator and the example figures on this website are estimates for one person and one month, using the statutory rates shown with their effective date. They are for information only and are not tax, legal or financial advice. Actual deductions depend on full circumstances, reliefs and the law in force; check with the Kenya Revenue Authority or a qualified adviser before relying on them.

We work to keep the website accurate, but its content is general information about HRMSPay and may change without notice. Features can differ between plans and are confirmed in your subscription agreement. Product screens use made-up example data; any resemblance to real people is coincidental.

The website, the HRMSPay name and logo, and the website’s text, graphics and code belong to Centric Limited or its licensors and are protected by the Copyright Act, 2001 and the Trade Marks Act. You may view and print pages for your own information. Names of ERP systems, banks and other products belong to their owners and are used only to describe compatibility.

When you send a demo request or a message, you confirm the details are yours or that you are allowed to give them. We handle them as our privacy notice describes. A preferred demo time is a request, not a booking, until we confirm it.

Links to other websites, such as government or regulator sites, are for convenience. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

We provide the website “as is”. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from using the website or relying on its content, including the calculator, or from the website being unavailable.

Nothing in these terms limits a right you have that the law does not allow to be limited, including under the Consumer Protection Act, 2012, or our liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. If a dispute arises, we will first try to resolve it with you in good faith. If that fails within 30 days, either side may take it to the courts of Kenya at Nairobi.

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. Using the website after a change means you accept the updated terms.
